Shipping

Each garment is made specially for you when ordered. All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We then aim to deliver to all main cities within SA in 7-10 working days. As a small business we do strive to deliver on time, however, things may happen which are outside of our control and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. 

Tracking and delivery

Once your order is confirmed and is booked with a courier, we will send you an email with your tracking number. The tracking number can also be viewed in My Account > Orders. To track your order, enter your tracking number into the tracking tool on the courier website.

 We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Returns

Returns must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You may return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size, within 7 days of receiving your original order. Please note all items purchased with us must be returned within 7 days and items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.

A return or exchange needs to be logged within 24 hours after receiving the item by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning.  You will then need to ship the item back to us for inspection.

– The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility, however, if it is a manufacturing fault we will arrange for a courier to collect the product(s) at our cost. 

– The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! 

– The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.  

After we have received the item and all is in check we will then EFT your refund excluding the shipping cost (shipping costs are non-refundable). 

Before you return your items please make sure they are unused, in their original condition and in a sale-able condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 10-15 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

Exchanges

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 10-15 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

If the item you want to exchange is not available, you will automatically be issued a refund instead. A shipping fee will be included in the exchanged item being sent back to you.

Please be assured that we will endeavour to process all exchanges as quickly as possible but during busy periods it may take a little longer.

Custom Garments

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made garments – where specific sizes and/or fabrics and/or any request not usually included in our standard product has been provided. The customer is accountable for making sure that any and all information provided is accurate.
